Frank Mortier

Frank Mortier

Frank Mortier studied law at the University of Antwerp and International Tax Law at the University of Vienna where he obtained the title of LL.M. in International Tax Law.

Before joining Dumon, Sablon & Vanheeswijck in 2000 he was, subsequently, assistant at the University of Antwerp where he coordinated the post graduate programs on tax law and business law, an attorney at the law firm De Bandt, Van Hecke & Lagae (currently Linklaters) and a tax adviser for Deloitte & Touche on transfer pricing matters.

In addition to being the author of several articles in national and international journals, he was also the IFA Research Associate for 2002, working in the offices and library of the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation in Amsterdam.
